That includes developers who bring AI into real products, just as much as consultants who carry a transformation from the first workshop into day-to-day operations. Experience in logistics is a plus, SAP LGM too, but neither is a must.

  • Designing AI solutions and bringing them into real logistics processes, from the idea to live operation
  • Building software our clients rely on every day, from architecture to implementation
  • Making data usable through pipelines, models and automation
  • Understanding existing systems, integrating them and making them noticeably better
  • Guiding transformation work, from assessing where a company stands to setting priorities and making change stick
  • Helping decide which technology creates real impact and which is just hype

Your profile

What you bring
  • You have several years of professional experience and know how to contribute to a team
  • You think in systems and connections, not in individual tickets
  • You see complexity as an invitation and enjoy questioning the status quo
  • You want your work to land with the client, and you stay close to the business to make that happen
  • Speaking plainly and working as a team come naturally to you
If you come from engineering
  • You genuinely enjoy building and write code others can rely on. The language matters less to us, whether that's Python, TypeScript or your own favourite tool
  • You know your way around AI, from machine learning and LLMs to embedding it cleanly into real products
If you come from consulting
  • You have guided transformation work and know that the resistance is rarely technical
  • You translate technical context so that decision-makers can act on it
